The film opens in a medical office. The woman (the doctor?) has the man gets on the floor and pisses all over him, and then has him give head. In the next scene, the roles are swapped: the woman facesits the doctor and has him give some head before peeing all over him. Another scene is pretty similar.
There’s another few scenes which involve two women, asshole licking, one poops on the other’s face, and then smears it all over.
In the second half of the film, there are women with their heads trapped in a traditional japanese squat toilet and their faces get shat on by another women.
