Forensic investigator Josephine Jackson is alone in a crime scene, collecting samples in a dimly lit mysterious hotel room. The room is silent until a strange wet sound breaks the stillness. Josephine turns toward the bed and sees a woman, Emiri Momota and covered in sticky slimes.
Startled, Josephine approaches cautiously, speaking in a shaky voice. She informs Emiri that she’s been missing for days, but Emiri, panicking, warns her that “it” doesn’t let anyone leave. The bed starts to rumble, transforming into a monstrous mouth that devours both of them.
Inside the creature, Josephine awakens, completely naked and covered in monster’s sticky saliva. Emiri, lying besides her, apologizes for not warning her sooner. Terrified, Josephine tries to escape, but Emiri reveals there is no way out of the monster’s belly. Soon, Josephine realises that they’ve been trapped inside the monster.
