Maria learns about a phenomenon called lucid dreaming, the ability to be aware of, and control, her own dreams. She reads about different techniques people use to lucid dream and tries them for herself before going to bed. As she falls asleep, Maria finds herself dreaming of a handsome man entering her room, ready to satisfy her romantic desires.Just as Maria’s about to engage in an intimate fantasy, a blaring alarm wakes Maria out of her dream. She turns off her alarms and falls back asleep in the hopes of returning to her dream guy. As Maria enters her dream once again, she finds it colder and darker than before. Maria does what she can to try and manifest her lover, but what she conjures is something far more monstrous.Slimy tentacles attack Maria, wrapping around her body and keeping her restrained to the bed.
