Mr Grace lives a comfortable and prosperous life, spending time with his trophy wife in their luxurious mansion, that is until he receives a phone call from an old acquaintance. Mr Grace is warned that a dark secret he has tried to hide away for many years has been uncovered by four women who used to work for him. In their efforts to expose Mr Grace, they have been infected and corrupted by his genetically-modified parasites, turning them into feral monsters hellbent on sex and revenge.
Worried for his and his wife’s safety, Mr Grace tries to flee the country as soon as he can, but it’s too late. The infected women have infiltrated the mansion, spreading their contagion to Mrs Grace and the staff. Forced to watch his spouse and housekeepers turn into primal savages, Mr Grace can do nothing, now at the mercy of the people he wronged all those years ago. Their vengeance begins.
