I’m eating a big yummy poke bowl with delicious raw fish and rice and corn and veggies. I’m taking an easy day after a minor surgery I had. A real treat to take a break for a busy lady like me ;P Eating good helps the body heal and will help with the little bit of post-surgery constipation!

Finally I show off the dump up close with all the corn and veggies in it. There’s even visible mushrooms from dinner the night before on top of the lunch I showed off on camera! So good to get it all out! I talk about how much you’d enjoy eating and licking and sniffing this work of art. A beautiful load if I ever saw one!
