Anna and her husband arrive at an abandoned building with the husband clueless as to what they’re doing there. When Anna is about to hastily burst through a metal door labelled with a hazard symbol, Anna’s husband stops her, demanding to know where they are and what they’re doing.
Anna explains everything; that before they met, she was employed by a rich and powerful man to work on a secret project. The man was being investigated for illegal activity and silently terminated the project, along with Anna’s employment. A few days ago, Anna was approached by a former coworker and friend, Scarlett, to uncover the man’s dirty secrets with a group of ex-employees in retaliation. Anna declined and sat by until she found out all three girls have gone missing.
Understanding Anna’s motive to find her missing friend, her husband agrees to help her. They enter the derelict facility, searching for any clues as to where the missing women had vanished. Both Anna and her husband are viciously attacked, blacking out.
They wake up naked and restrained in the lab. To their horror, they were attacked by the three missing women; Scarlett, Octavia and Myra. All three appear corrupted and infected. Anna tries to reason with her former friend, however Scarlett ignores her, giving birth to a monstrous parasite and forcing it inside Anna’s body, corrupting her as well.
Anna’s husband has to endure the torment of Octavia and Myra whilst they use him for their sexual pleasure. Once Anna is finally awakens, she will confront her husband herself, unleashing her primal urges on the man she once loved.
