Octokuro stars as special agent Ada Wong.
Dispatched on a mission to retrieve a deadly virus from a notorious arms dealer named Lance, Ada infiltrates the dealer’s mansion, searching for the mutagen. She was surprised to find the Lance waiting for her, knowing he would be expecting the agent sooner or later. Ada demands the virus and Lance offers it to her, only to find an empty glass vial.
Lance reveals that he has ingested the virus in order to save himself. He floats his victory until the virus’s effects begin to corrupt Lance’s body. He mutates into a giant slimy creature, vowing to rid the world of Ada for good. Unable to fight against the mutated Lance, Ada makes a run for it.
She gets attacked by Lance’s tentacles, using her skills to evade them. Just as she’s about to escape, Lance manages to grab her. Ada gets dragged towards Lance’s mouth, swallowed whole by the deformed mutant. Ada wakes up inside his stomach, retrained by his tentacles and baring no clothes. Lance’s tentacles begin to play with Ada’s body, sliding inside of her and fucking Ada until they pump their fluids inside of her. To make matters worse, Lance’s tentacles inject the virus into Ada, breaking down her mind and body.
