Tia (Aria Sloane) is a patient at a local hospital, being taken care of by her doctors whilst she’s in a coma. The doctors treat her with the best care possible with the hope that she will one day recover. That is until the incident occurs. The hospital is under attack by two individuals, a nurse and patient corrupted by an unknown disease. They release dozens of parasitic creatures, causing mayhem within the hospital.
As time passes, Tia awakens from her coma. She tries to call for help but no one comes to her aid. As Tia leaves her bed and exits her room, she sees the aftermath of the carnage that has taken place. Horrified by the haunted state of the hospital, Tia tries to find a way out, only to encounter Susan (Leana Lovings) prowling through the empty halls, giving birth to more ravenous parasites.
Tia must do what she can to make it out of the hospital in one piece, all without attracting the attention of Susan. Overwhelmed with the desire to reproduce, Susan is on the hunt for a new victim…
